Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ICEDT Uni platform and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. 

User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. 

Course Content

ICEDT Uni does not own or control the content of courses offered on the Platform. Course creators are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their course content.

Intellectual Property

ICEDT Uni owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its technology, software, and underlying infrastructure. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Platform to:


  • Engage in any illegal or harmful activity

  • Violate the rights of others

  • Post or transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or chain letters

  • Impersonate another person or entity

  • Introduce viruses or other malicious code into the Platform


Termination

ICEDT Uni may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ICEDT UNI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

Limitation of Liability 

IN NO EVENT SHALL ICEDT UNI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

Changes to These Terms

ICEDT Uni may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending you an email.
